Ropes Course

ROPES COURSE

The Challenge Ropes Course is used by non-profit groups, school/athletic groups, youth groups, mental health agencies, and church groups. This program is an outdoor adventure of self discovery and group dynamics. A trained facilitator guides participants through trust building activities, initiative games, and low &/or high Ropes Course elements. Low elements focus on team-building, whereas high elements (such as Zip Line, Giant Swing, etc.) are geared towards individual growth. We have multiple options available as part of your onsite weekend Retreat programming. We also have day sessions available, which do not require an overnight stay.

In this unique learning environment, participants develop new skills through hands-on experience. While involved in the course, participants must function as a group, using various abilities to attain a goal. Your team learns to think outside normal boundaries, to open up lines of communication, and to discover new solutions to problems. When the participants transition from a group to a team, the results are incredible.

Low Elements

These focus on teamwork and collaboration. The elements encourage full participation, and present unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth.

High Elements

These emphasize risk-taking, trust, and coaching. The elements allow participants to expand their comfort zones sometimes dramatically and recognize fears that may block personal achievement.

  1. Develop stronger, more effective teams

  2. Examine group dynamics and practical problem solving

  3. Enhance self-confidence

  4. Promote effective risk-taking

  6. Discover hidden strengths and abilities

  7. Create a shared experience between participants

  8. Increase trust and group cohesion
